Why a 6-month minimum on advertising?+
Facebook and Google ads need 3–6 months of real data before we can tell what's actually working. A 3-month exit window would pull the plug right before the ads start paying off.
How does ad-spend billing work?+
Facebook, Google, TikTok, and any other ad platform charge your card directly for the ad spend itself. Our monthly management fee covers strategy, ad building, creative, tracking, and day-to-day optimization. Nothing hidden, no markup on your ad spend.
When will I actually see a return?+
Most businesses break even between weeks 6 and 10. The full $5+ back for every $1 spent (5.5:1 blended return on ad spend) usually shows up at the 90-day review. Anything sooner is usually noise, not real signal.
What's a realistic ad budget to start with?+
For most small businesses we recommend a minimum of $1,500–$3,000/month in ad spend on top of the management fee. Below that, there isn't enough data volume for the ad platforms to optimize well. Larger companies typically spend $5k–$25k+/month.
Which ad platforms do you run?+
Core campaigns run on Google Search, Google Performance Max, YouTube, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), and TikTok. As add-on options we can also run Amazon ads, Reddit ads, Roku/connected TV ads, Twitter (X), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others. We pick the mix based on where your customers actually are, not what's trendy.
Do you handle the creative — videos, images, ad copy?+
Yes. Ad copy, static image ads, and short-form video creative are included in the management fee. Full-scale video productions (like a hero brand film) are quoted separately under our media production services.
Can you work with our existing marketing team?+
Absolutely. We slot in as your paid-ads team. Your in-house people keep owning the brand, product, and customer relationships; we own the ad accounts, creative testing, and tracking.
Who owns the ad accounts and data?+
You do. Always. We build inside your Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and analytics accounts. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you — pixels, audiences, campaigns, historical data.
What does a website project actually include?+
Discovery call, brand direction, custom design, responsive build, on-page SEO basics, contact/lead forms, and analytics setup. Tiers range from $1,000 (starter one-pager) up to $3,500 (multi-page conversion site with a content management system).
How long does a website take to launch?+
Starter sites: 2–3 weeks. Standard multi-page sites: 4–6 weeks. Timelines assume you send content, photos, and feedback promptly — that's usually the bottleneck, not the build.
Do I own my website when it's done?+
Yes. You own the code, the domain, the hosting account, and every asset we produce. We hand over full admin access at launch.
Do you offer hosting and ongoing website care?+
Optional. We can host, monitor uptime, push security patches, and handle small content updates for a monthly care fee. If you skip it, you're responsible for hosting, backups, and updates yourself.
What about logos and brand identity?+
Logo design, color system, typography, and a basic brand guide are included in the brand identity add-on. Full rebrands (multiple concepts, extended guidelines, social templates) are quoted based on scope.
What kind of apps do you build?+
Web and mobile apps: content apps, directory apps, booking platforms, member portals, internal tools, and light SaaS. Basic content or directory apps with user accounts start at $3,000–$5,000. Complex builds with custom backends, third-party API integrations, or payment processing run $10,000–$25,000+.
What's the optional admin/upkeep fee for?+
Apps need ongoing maintenance: security patches, dependency updates, hosting monitoring, bug fixes, and small feature tweaks. Basic apps: $50–$100/mo. Advanced apps: $150–$300/mo. If you decline the admin plan, you're fully responsible for maintenance, updates, and any breakage after launch.
How long does an app build take?+
Basic content or directory apps: 4–8 weeks. Mid-complexity apps with logins and payments: 8–14 weeks. Complex apps with custom backends or multiple integrations: 3–6 months. We ship in milestones so you see progress every 2 weeks.
Can you integrate with tools I already use?+
Yes. Stripe, Square, Shopify, HubSpot, Close, Mailchimp, Twilio, Google Workspace, Zapier, and most modern APIs. If it has an API, we can usually wire it in.
How do I see what's working?+
Every active client gets access to the client portal where you save your Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel IDs. Live traffic, sessions, top pages, and conversion trends populate as your integrations come online. You also get a monthly written report.
Do you set up tracking and pixels for me?+
Yes. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tags, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and server-side conversion API setup are included when you're on an active ad management engagement.
Is my client data private?+
Yes. The portal is invite-only, protected by password auth with row-level security — you can only see your own settings and data. We never sell or share client information.
Do you take on any business, or is there a fit check?+
We fit-check every prospect. If we can't hit at least a 3:1 return on ad spend for you in 90 days, we say no. We'd rather turn down a bad fit than take money and disappoint.
What industries do you work best with?+
E-commerce, brick-and-mortar retail, restaurants, home services, medical and dental practices, professional services, wellness studios, and trades. Our sweet spot is small-to-mid businesses that want to level the playing field with bigger competitors.
How do payments and invoicing work?+
Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st via ACH or credit card. Project work (websites, apps, brand identity) is 50% to start, 50% on delivery. All prices are in USD.
